I think your previous picture is much better. For ex. in your Paint War named horse‘s picture you didn‘t made the background picture blurry like in this one so it looks good with a transparent picture in the front. In your second picture there isn‘t any spot that can be “the central point of the image“ (???)
Putting it all together i think you used too much effect. Yay...somehow i managed to write it down...more or less
