If you want to get money you can click on the Icons on your horses page that are below your care choices which are the petting zoo icon, the delivery icon, and the riding lesson icon. I recommend using the petting zoo icon 15 times to earn I believe around 1000 Zsz. Also if you train your horse enough you can get even more money from entering shows.

You just earn them by taking care of your horses. This works with all of the gems.

the only way i get gems is from training foals and even then i only get blue or green gem can someone help me on this?

You get gems if you gather 15 Action points. The system will randomly give the gems.
